Before San Antonio Commercial Advisors, Jenness worked as a graduate assistant at the University of the Incarnate Word in Trademark and Licensing while completing her MBA. Jenness has marketing experience in the sports industry which includes internships with the San Antonio Spurs, where she worked to create initiatives for the SpursU program targeted to colleges in the community, she also created advertising and marketing for the program and developed leads for the sales department at off-site promotional events around the community. Jenness’ internships with ProCamps Worldwide, gained her experience in marketing and sales where she sold the largest package in company history through upselling, and managed social media campaigns. Jenness spent a summer with the California State Games/State Games of America, in which she planned, organized and executed the Opening Ceremonies for 45,000 spectators and 10,000 athletes.

Education, Affiliations and Community Service

Jenness attended Sweet Briar College where she received a BA in Business, concentrating in management and marketing. During her time at Sweet Briar, Jenness was the Secretary and Vice-President of the Student Relations Committee, President of Phi Beta Lambda, Vice-President of the College Republicans and was honored as a Who’s Who Among American Universities and Colleges. After College, she obtained her MBA at the University of the Incarnate Word where she graduated in May 2016. Jenness is the Chair of the San Antonio Chapter of MaverickPAC, a member of the San Antonio Zoo’s ZOOmers, a representative on the board of Young Texans Against Cancer and previously held the Young Alumnae Representative position on the alumnae board of Sweet Briar College.

Jenness enjoys traveling, playing golf, giving back to her community and entertaining friends and family.
