Bradley Suttle joined San Antonio Commercial Advisors in 2014 as an Associate. Bradley specializes in retail investment sales, including multi-tenant and single-tenant properties throughout Greater San Antonio and South Texas. Bradley serves primarily as an advisor to clients and, should a client decide to move forward to sell or purchase retail property, as a provider of transaction services. Bradley’s ability to understand the specific situation of the client and the asset, combined with his system of evaluating retail assets with in-depth market knowledge and financial analysis, enables clients to be confident in their real estate decisions. Bradley consistently offers clients superior service and dedicated attention to their asset’s needs. Since joining San Antonio Commercial Advisors (SACA) , Bradley has become a market leader in retail investment sales.
Prior to joining SACA, Bradley worked with Ironwood Real Estate, an Austin based commercial real estate investment firm, where he focused on retail leasing. Previous to Ironwood, Bradley was a financial analyst with HPI Real Estate & Investments, a full-service real estate company, providing market research and financial analysis for investment decisions.
Before starting his career in real estate Bradley played professional baseball for five years in the New York Yankees organization. He was drafted in the 4th round of the 2007 MLB draft after being a member of the Texas Longhorn baseball team and a two-time Academic All American. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Masters in Accounting and a concentration in Real Estate.
