San Angelo Plaza, a 17,000 square foot shopping center on 1.72 acres, is located in Northern San Angelo adjacent to a Walmart Supercenter on Highway 87. The newly built property is 100% occupied by a mix of national and regional credit tenants. Tenants at San Angelo Plaza include Melrose Family Fashions, San Angelo Dental, Wingstop, GNC, and Cricket Wireless.
SACA’s Bradley Suttle marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Texas-based Limited Liability Company, and procured the buyer, a New York based investor.
